Long bfore he was signed to XL imprint Hot Charity, Willis Earl Beal would leave illustrations, writing, and CD-Rs in public places around his hometown of Chicago, turning his work into "found art." He's applying that same idea to the internet now, with the release of the Principles of a Protagonist EP, which he just released via BitTorrent. The five-song EP is the soundtrack to his upcoming short animated film of the same name. It features re-recorded tracks from this year's LP Acousmatic Sorcery. Grab it HERE.
